michael-jackson-logoThe network that introduced millions to Michael Jackson will air his final performance. MTV Networks has acquired the exclusive U.S. television rights to the posthumous documentary “Michael Jackson’s This Is It.”

Though the film wasn’t the blockbuster some anticipated, the concert movie did well at the box office and should prove of high interest to viewers of MTV, whose airing of Jackson’s music videos helped boost the singer’s career into the stratosphere during the 1980s.

Sister networks such as VH1, BET and Palladia also will have rights to air the film.

“This Is It” was shot from March to June and includes concert rehearsal and behind-the-scenes footage as Jackson prepared for his planned comeback stand in London.

Picture-15Being a big Michael Jackson fan you can imagine my frustration when I received this information from the associated press. It would appear that even after the death of his son that Jo Jackson is still trying to get paid.

It has been reported that Joe Jackson is saying that he has living expenses exceeding $20,000 a month. His attorney says the family patriarch doesn’t have a regular income and was dependent on his son’s money.

I know this may be redundant for me to say it again, however I am still sitting here in shock reading the press release. Joe Jackson filed papers Friday stating that he wants Michael Jackson’s estate to pay his living expenses.

Keep in mind that Michael Jackson’s estate is currently paying his mothers monthly allowance of $26,000. According to Joe’s attorney he feels that as the family patriarch that he is entitled to the same type of support. Joe’s attorney is saying that Michael Jackson had been taking care of is father’s bills for decades and there is no legal reason why he shouldn’t continue.

It has been made crystal clear that Joe Jackson doesn’t have a regular or steady source of income, and he was dependent upon the money given to him from Michael Jackson via his wife Katherine Jackson.

According to Brian Oxman Joe’s attorney, he feels that it is improper for the temporary administrators of the estate not to have sought an allowance for Jackson’s father when they secured court approval of Katherine Jackson’s allowance.

It is no big secret that Michael Jackson was very close to his mother but had a rocky relationship with his father, whom he accused of hitting him and his brothers as children.

Michael Jackson named his mother as guardian of his three children and a beneficiary of a family trust set up by his will but left nothing to his father, who lives in a Las Vegas rental property far from the family’s Encino compound.

Although the filings did not specifically list the total amount of compensation that Joe Jackson was seeking. It did however include a monthly budget of more than $15,000 in expenses, including $1,500 for rent, $2,500 for eating out and $5,000 for hotels and air travel.

The judge denied Joe’s recent request for an immediate hearing.

mike-jThe memorial service held in LA on Tuesday July 7, 2009, was amazing.  I watched it several times just to get the real vibe of the performers, and guests.  It was awesome, the words spoken by Brooke Shields about the “real” Michael Jackson, and the touching words by Jermaine and Marlon were fabulous.  The words that Al Sharpton spoke and the tears he shed were truly heartfelt.  Usher and Jennifer Hudson’s performance brought down the house, yet the most humanistic moment of that entire ceremony was Paris Katherine Michael Jackson.  That 9 year old made Michael Jackson a “man”, a “daddy”. He became much more than a performer,  an artist, he became a “man” to me that day.

For all the media and press who are covering this story, if you didn’t feel anything at that moment, you need to walk away from journalism, you are not human.  The negative words and coverage that is coming out about Michael doesn’t mean a thing to those children.  He was then and will always be the best father in the world to them.

People are acting as if they have no secrets, no skeletons in their closets.  That’s probably why they do this job, to keep the focus off of the things they are doing in their lives that is not right.

Give it a rest people, leave him be, let these children remember their father as the man who loved them more than life, and he did.  He managed to keep them from you all for 12 years.  God Bless Mike.

More to come on the Coroner’s report.  Stay tuned, Scoop got the info coming at you!

mj-doctor-01OK, J4B family lets rewind the tape here, lets back track and see if I am the only one who thinks something is drastically wrong with this picture.  Here’s a medical doctor on scene, at the house with Michael when he “stops breathing”. 911 is called, you can hear the unidentified individual on the phone stating that the only person present when Michael collapsed was the doctor.  Then he states that the doc is doing CPR, OK, but MJ is still laying on the bed, according to the caller.  Anyone who is certified in CPR knows that you can not successfully administer CPR on the bed, the victim needs to be on a hard surface in order  administer compressions effectively. After all this happens, the EMT’s arrive, Mike is already dead, they take him to the hospital as ordered by the doctor, pronounce him dead, and the doctor is not seen or heard from anymore, until his car is towed from Jackson’s home.

Also, we are being told that this doctor has, at some point, treated the children.  Why, can someone please tell me, would a cardiologist be treating children? Do they have heart conditions?  Hmm, just not adding up to me.

A full investigation needs to be opened on this man.  If you are innocent, and have nothing to hide, why would you first, disappear after your client dies, and secondly, reappear with a lawyer.

Can you say GUILT Ridden!

Stay tuned more to come!

michael-jackson-1Though still in shock regarding the death of Michael Jackson, rumors are flying that there was possibly some foul play in his sudden death.

Being in the medical field for quite a few years, everything that has been reported thus far is not adding up.  The “Personal” physician on hand when he collapsed, the fact that  you have EMT’s reporting  he was DOA, and not in a coma. What is really going on here?

I  have to say J4B fam, something don’t smell good here.  I’m on the case though. I think we have a criminal case on our hands.

Here’s the latest, as reported by an anonymous tipster, the doctor had just, 11 days ago, sent letters out to all his patient’s notifying them that he had a better offer and would not be practicing for awhile.

Something about this doctor ain’t sitting right with me.

It’s a sad day, but one thing for sure the man who sought inner peace his whole life, now has accomplished his ultimate goal! He’s moonwalking on the clouds!  You go Mike!

RIP Mike!  I gotcha back!

michael-jackson-02All I can say is damn! Twitter has been blowing up with news of the King of Pop and his death. To be frank, I still can’t believe it. I keep hoping that maybe this is a rumor, just maybe there is an outside chance that the Internet has it all wrong.

I got the call from a source who wishes to stay anonymous. I couldn’t believe it as I heard her say that they had just pronounced Michael Jackson dead.

Here’s a Tribute To The King of Pop:

The Tribute has ended… I hope all of you that watched really enjoyed it.
