Over the Holidays I decided to check out The Lopez Tonight show. Keep in mind that I am not a big fan of late night television. I can’t understand how people even watch shows like Dave Letterman, and Jay Lenno etc.. Those shows are stale, and boring to say the least. They always have the same old Hollywood insiders on them who do nothing but promote their latest project blah, blah, blah.

When I set down to watch The Lopez Tonight Show I was expecting to see the same old format. Boy was I surprised, this show was the best talk show that I have ever seen. I loved it – it was funny as hell and I must admit. George didn’t sell out. He kept it real and he has REAL guest on his show, such as Ray Romano, Mariah Carey, 50 Cent, and Snoop Dogg.

George Lopez’s show focuses on an audience that would other wise get ignored, and if you haven’t took the time to watch the Lopez Tonight Show I have a clip below for you:

50 Cent is funny as hell, I can’t believe he made this video. I am still laughing even as I am typing this. Leave your comments I want to know how you feel about this video.

In 50 Cents latest music video he tells the ladies, “if you have a baby by me you’ll be a millionaire.” I’m sure that – that deal is to good for any woman to pass up. I know a bunch of woman who had kids and didn’t get nothing.

You could have a baby by me and get a million in Monopoly money?!? That’s all a brotha got right now…. Oh well… It’s a hot track although I don’t think it makes my iPod list.

Listen To Diss Track

jayz2This week, Beanie Sigel dropped a diss track towards his former boss Jay-Z, and then hopped on Philly radio to elaborate on why he did it.

Beans criticized Jay on the track, called “I Ain’t Ya Average Cat,” for not doing enough to make his artists as successful as they should’ve been.

He even claiming that, at one point, he asked the superstar rapper for a release from the Roc because he had a huge deal on the table, but was denied.

While he claims Jay never pushed the artists on his Roc-A-Fella imprint, like say a 50 Cent did for Tony Yayo or Lloyd Banks, Jay-Z sees things very different.

In a recent press conference in Canada, in support of his Blueprint 3 album, Jay was asked how he felt about Beanie’s allegations, to which he explained that he gave the Philly rapper more than enough opportunities to succeed. So, if he didn’t, it was his own fault.

“Beanie Sigel, at the time — and you can look it up, if you like, let’s just be honest — was driving two Bentleys,” Jay told reporters. “I don’t know how. It’s impossible to drive two cars at one time … with his momma in the sticks and selling 800,000 records. I don’t know what more you can do for somebody.

“What people choose to do when they attain that type of success … at some point, you gotta look in the mirror and look at yourself. Beanie Sigel had a record deal, a record label, and a clothing line. Never went platinum, ever. I don’t know in the history of rap, is anyone done so much with so little,” he continued.

According to Jay-Z, for a rapper to be given a deal, a label, and a clothing line without a platinum record, that’s unheard of. So, as far as pushing him, if all those things weren’t enough, he doesn’t know what is.

“What more can you do for a person? A record deal? That’s normal. A record label and a clothing line … if that’s not pushing a person, then sh**,” Jay-Z explained.
