Over the Holidays I decided to check out The Lopez Tonight show. Keep in mind that I am not a big fan of late night television. I can’t understand how people even watch shows like Dave Letterman, and Jay Lenno etc.. Those shows are stale, and boring to say the least. They always have the same old Hollywood insiders on them who do nothing but promote their latest project blah, blah, blah.

When I set down to watch The Lopez Tonight Show I was expecting to see the same old format. Boy was I surprised, this show was the best talk show that I have ever seen. I loved it – it was funny as hell and I must admit. George didn’t sell out. He kept it real and he has REAL guest on his show, such as Ray Romano, Mariah Carey, 50 Cent, and Snoop Dogg.

George Lopez’s show focuses on an audience that would other wise get ignored, and if you haven’t took the time to watch the Lopez Tonight Show I have a clip below for you:

Don’t call it a come back… I never thought I would see the day that Rihanna would pose buttnaked…. Well topless anyway. Don’t get me wrong I’m not complaining at all. Well here’s the cover for those of you who want to see it.

I’m not a fan of GQ magazine I personally think that their fashion sucks but hey, that’s just one guys opinion.

I know I’m suppose to be bias but WTF. Rapper Nas was ordered to pay his soon to be ex-wife R&B diva Kelis $51,000 a month. I guess that old blues song it’s cheaper to keep her is true after all. The ruling came down from a Los Angeles court who ordered Nas to increase his monthly payments.

Kelis said that she was “thrilled” with the outcome, and I say it again… WTF I can’t possibly see how that is considered to be fair. That’s well over half a  million a year, not to mention what this will do to what is left of his career. I’m afraid dude is getting jacked without a gun.

According to court documents, both artists are described as suffering from financial hardship. However it was reported that Kelis just recently signed a record deal worth $175,000 with Interscope, but her lawyers argued that she has only received $50,000 of the fee.

Nas doesn’t have squat out right now and he isn’t expected to have another album out until next year sometime. The sad part is depending on his next album’s sales he may have to fork over more money to his ex-wife.

The messed up part is neither Kelis, nor Nas has filed tax returns for years. Maybe they both will have time to workout their differences while sitting in the FED joint.

Movie mogul Tyler Perry says his mother Willie Maxine Perry, has died at age 64.

Tyler Perry posted a short message on his main website stating that he truly appreciated everyones prayers. He didn’t go into any details regarding his mothers cause of death.

Tyler Perry age 40, admitted that his mother was the basis for his most popular character, Madea.

In a recent interview Tyler Perry said that he has plans to step back from the whole Hollywood thing for a sec, just to clear his head, and start touring production of “Madea’s Big Fat Happy Family” that premieres in Denver in January. He’s also been very moved by the movie “Precious.” For those of you that didn’t know Tyler Perry was also the executive producer of that movie as well.
